Britain's leader plans to press allies to supply Ukrainian forces with further extended-range weaponry to strike Russian targets during talks in London on Friday.

Britain's leader plans to receive President Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", consisting of numerous of supporting nations who have pledged to offer the Ukrainian government protection commitments once a ceasefire is brokered.

The Ukrainian leader has been appealing for weeks for more long-range weapons from allied countries, an action that the Russian government has cautions would intensify the hostilities.
